Hester Lewellen celebrates her third season with Mercury Summer Stock after being the Aunt Reed/Lady Ingram in Jane Eyre and the frazzled Headmistress in The Utter Glory of Morrissey Hall.  Other recent shows include Caroline, or Change at Dobama/Karamu, Carpetbagger's Children at Ensemble Theatre, Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret at Aurora Community Theatre, Mrs. Fezziwig in Scrooge at Fine Arts, Alma Ryan in Sacred Hearts at CVLT, and Mme. Arcati in High Spirits at ACT.  Most recently Ms Lewellen performed her one-woman cabaret Three Years on Broadway as a benefit for ACT.  She sends a shout-out to her husband Glending who has supported her theatrical efforts from day one.
